Recruiting Manager

The Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, interviewing, training, and referring applicants for positions throughout the company.  The Recruiter ensures that the quality of the caregivers offered employment remains high and that all steps in the hiring workflow process are followed and checked.  

Responsible for full cycle recruitment function. 

  • developing and implementing recruiting strategies
  • sourcing candidates
  • screening and interviewing qualified candidates
  • explaining compensation structure
  • traveling to job fairs/career fairs, and
  • working with college career centers, along with other venues to attract new talent to the organization.

Maintain Human Resource records

  • Perform background checks and reference investigation to gain adequate information on which to base a selection decision.  
  • Ensure all records (I-9, background, licensing and certification) are kept up-to-date.

Follow up with the related clerical aspects of employment.
